Villa Rates

Valid immediately until 31 December 2011

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All villa rates are inclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
2. All villa rates are inclusive of:
   
   • Welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival;
   • Daily American breakfast (toast, 2 eggs done to your liking, butter and jam, juice, coffee or tea) for 2 guests per bedroom (total of up to 6 guests). Extra charges apply for additional guests or additional portions.
3. Low season: 9 January – 30 June, 1 September – 19 December; minimum stay of 2 nights is required. This excludes Easter week, Chinese New Year and Lebaran week( Eid al-Fitr).
4. High season: 1 July – 31 August, Easter week, Chinese New Year and Lebaran (Eid al-Fitr) week (dates may vary each year); minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
5. Peak season: 20 December – 8 January; Minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
6. Extra bed is available on request at USD 15 nett / bed / night which includes breakfast for 1 guest.
7. 50% deposit is required 7 days at the latest after the reservation is acknowledged and secured by E-mail.
8. Full payment of the other 50% of the booking is required 7 days prior to the arrival date during the low season, 14 days during the high season, and 21 days during the peak season.
9. A secure confirmation e-mail will only be sent after full payment is made and the booking is confirmed.
10. Payment can be made in US dollars or through bank transfer in US dollars. The full amount must be forwarded to our bank account and any extra charges for the transfer are to be at the guest’s expense.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

1. Clients are required to make a reservation, amendment, or cancellation in writing through E-mail or through our website www.villabaladewaempat.com.Villa Baladewa Bali will provide a written confirmation, amendment, or cancellation by E-mail in return.
2. Cancellation and no show policy:
   
   • Low Season
     Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50 % of the total booking. No shows are charged 100% of total booking.
   • High Season
     Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total booking. No shows will be charged 100% of total booking.
   • Peak Season
     Any cancellation made less than 21 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total booking. No shows will be charged 100% of total booking.
